The Fondazione Walter Baldessarini was established by Denny Staschitz on September 1, 2024. The central activity of the Foundation is to preserve, promote and enhance the value of Baldessarini's artistic work, including the organisation of exhibitions in collaboration with public and private institutions and museums.

The Foundation also monitors, archives and registers Baldessarini's entire artistic oeuvre.
