The Fondazione Walter Baldessarini and Denny Staschitz hold the copyright on Walter Baldessarini’s works and the corresponding reproductions.

The rights of the Foundation include those relating to works owned by the Foundation and by Denny Staschitz, as well as works belonging to other owners. Hence, reproduction of works is not allowed in any format (photographic, cinematographic, digital, etc.), except when regulated by free usage for the purposes envisaged in the copyright law.

Therefore, any use of the works of Walter Baldessarini and their reproductions - irrespective of whether the work is used in whole or in part, permanently or temporarily - is only permitted with the prior authorisation of the Foundation.
